EXPRESSTRAIN: Influence Skills
In former times, long hierarchies and an acceptance of their power meant organizations could be run using authority. Now we have flatter structures, networks of organizations and few hierarchies. Power comes from the ability to influence... but where does that come from?

In EXPRESSTRAIN Influence Skills, participants discuss in small groups influence situations they face at work. They return to their real situations as a well-established model of influence styles is presented and discussed. In this way, they discover which style of influence they have not been using effectively, so that, at the end, they can each choose an influence technique they are going to work on.

Duration: 90 minutes. For an unlimited number of people, which means this EXPRESSTRAIN is ideal as part of a company meeting or similar. Room layout: any; chairs but not tables are needed. Equipment: A projector capable of showing a presentation to all participants.
